this wire is a high chrome high carbide wear reesistant wire.
2. Properties
1) Weld metal properties: High-chromium alloy with excellent metal to abrasive wear resistance.
2) Weldability:stable welding arc, good performance, lower spatter, high-usage.
3) Suitable weld on base metal material of medium-low carbon steel.
4) Hardfacing thickness: Maximum deposit should be limited to 3 layers and a thickness of 10mm.
5) Machining: No turning, milling or grinding after hardfacing.
