Pit Heating Furnace
Pit furnace, also known as pit furnace, furnace, Pit resistance furnace, etc., pit furnace line periodical furnace operation, available for steel, high-speed steel, high manganese steel, high chrome steel, shaft, pipes and other metal materials, machinery parts, steel parts in particular long pieces (such as the shaft member) normalizing, annealing, quenching in air and the general atmosphere or simple protection in heat treatment heating. Lid with integral and fractional two structures lid to open and close with manual lever mechanism, electro-hydraulic mechanism, manual worm mechanism, electric conveyor-agency approach. To ensure operator safety, in the pit furnace furnace equipped with interlock switches open and close the lid when the lid is opened, the power is automatically cut off.
Each pit furnace heating zones are equipped with two thermocouples for temperature control with a one for over-temperature protection.
