Instruction Manual
- Position your feet on the footrests holding on to the hinge.
- Keeping a balance of left and right, do an up-and-down motion for about 3~5minutes to exercise for your lower body.
- Sitting on one of the footrests, bend your legs at an angle of 90degrees, and do an up-and-down exercise again using your hip muscles.
- Position your feet on the footrests again. And put your hands behind your back, carry out the same as the second one above like skiing.
- Bending one of your legs on the ground, exercise for your arms.
