• Film pulling adopts cone gear transmission mechanism.with low noise and prolong usage life time compared with common cardan drive.
• Increased a group of anti-shake snubber roll,it can reduce the Inertia and jitter of the   film when its transporting ,
• The film releasing  motor can be controlled by three speeds. At the beginning, the film releasing speed is fast, it slows down when the film with a certain  length is stored, and it is slower when the film storage critical point is reached. When the packaging machine is controlled to set film by three speeds, it can run stably even in high speed, so that the color mark tracking is not affected.
• With fixed point alarm no film mechanism: every time the film is exhaust,the rear of  the film will  pause on the row membrane plate accurately.(Most of the manufacturer in order to save cost,Either controlled by  use special limit switch  or install electric eye under the floating rod .the former is always failure the latter is alarming inaccurate will beyond the tail of the film)
