Luoyang Jihe Micro Silica Fume Co. ltd is professional in exploiting,Producing and selling Micro Silica (silica fume, http://comunevillabasilica.com/Products/silica_fume_for_concrete/20141016/29.html). We built up our own producing and processing factories in Shanxin,Qinghai and Yunnan Province, and we have 3600 tons production capacity per month, we provide high quality products with low price.

Product Specification 
  JiHe Microsilica consists of submicron, amorphous, non porous spheres of silicon dioxide SIO2, and small agglogmerates of these. The average particle size of the spheres is bout 0.1-0.15 micron, although some od the spheres exist as single wntities, most of them dorm primary agglomerates with typical particle range 0.1-1 micron.
Microsilica also contains some larger,secondary agglomerates typically 5 - 50 micron.
They are easily broken down to primary agglomerates when the microsilica is mixed with water.
According to the content index of SIO2, we divide our products into five specification: 85%, 905, 92%, 94%, 97%.

All the products are classified as Densified Micro-silica and Undensified Micro-silica.

Advantages of silica fume in concrete

Very low permeability to chloride and water intrusion.
Extremely high electrical resistivity( 20 to 100 times greater  than ordinary Concrete).
Increased abrasion resistance on decks, floors, highways and marine structures, Superior resistance to chemical attack from chlorides nitrates and sulphates. Compressive strengths up to 20000 psi (140Mpa ). High flexural strengths(14 Mpa @8 days) for airport pavements.

High early strengths for fast track construction projects and precast applications,Highway bridges,parking decks, marine structures and bridge deck overlays are subject to constant deterioration caused by rebar corrosion current, abrasion chemical attack.
 
Silica fume will protect concrete against deicing salts, seawater, road traffic and freeze/thaw cycles. Rebar corrosion activity and concrete deterioration are virtually eliminated, which minimizes maintenance expenses.
