Water miscible heat treatment fluid
Model : G.Col-E
Features
- If adsorbed films are formed by temperature difference of aqueous solution,
PAG films are formed on treated surfaces when red heat metal is soaked in
GCOL-E solution and forming of vapor blanket is restrained. As a result, crack
does not happen and deformation is reduced because uniform heat is extracted
and uniform hardening is performed on even complex structures
- Low risk of fire because both undiluted chemical and diluted chemical are
nonflammable. Preserves workplace cleanliness. Environmentally safe.
- Does not deteriorate or degrade and semi-permanent use is possible by refilling.
- Enables the attainment of an ideal cooling curve.
- Concentration can be easily controlled and measured by saccharometer.
- Prevents non-uniform quenching by providing excellent antifoaming power.
- Enables tempering without prior degreasing.
- It is used in Dae Chang Forge Co., Ltd.
