Dyna HF-10S (Mold Releasing Lubricant for Forging)
Model : HF-10S
Forging is a process that changes shapes and physical property of metal. It
includes that metal molds are adhered each other with impact or pressure of
press or hammer in placing metal material between metal molds. The process forms
a limited deformation of metal but also improves density, uniformity and grain
consistency of metal mold. As a result, the forming method of metal mold by
forging is efficient in other methods. One of the important technical components
in the forging system is a selection of a lubricant that separates a metal mold
from a metal material in working, and a role of the lubricant.
Dyna HF-10 effectively reduces damages against forging metal mold effectively
in working and minimizes energy consumption under many conditions. This assures
high quality surface for molded product and it dies not leave remnant and rust,
and it provides very accurate forming. The forging technology is being used
for more difficult metal materials because demands for more safe and efficient
machine structures are increasing and this technology shows very complex aspects.
Oil compound lubricants were developed by such demands but these lubricants
had many problems smoke because they were inflammable under normal work environment
and fired easily.
A water lubricant provides an advantage that metal mold is cooled by vaporizing
of water. The water lubricants were ineffective because they including additives,
which are not worn, such as graphite, clay, mineral, ferrous oxide, molybdenum
and sulfide, could not sufficiently soak a hot surface of metal. After then,
water-soluble lubricants, using inorganic salt, alkali metal and fatty acid
that are combined by organic acid reaction have been newly developed, and they
are now being widely used. However, these lubricants caused damages against
metal mold and inaccurate forming effects due to deficiency of high temperature
stability and insufficient coating effect to metal mold. In other words, the
lubricants caused smoke and offensive smell due to deficiency of high temperature
stability at over 400°C, and inorganic salt and fatty acid based products revealed
their limitation due to forming of scale and reduction of work load.
Dyna HF-10 shows an excellent mold releasing lubricating ability and coating
effect because it 0provides a high temperature stability at ver1200°C and metal
mold cooling capability. Differently from other water lubricants, Dyna HF-10
is, a non-reaction polymer, a compound polymer for high temperature and high
pressure which reacts at 60°C, 400°C, 700°C and 1200°C. This product can be used
from cold forging to hot forging in accordance with work condition of each factory
and it also provides an excellent capability as a lubricant for aluminium and
diecasting. This lubricant is already being used in advanced European and American
Countries. Dyna HF-10 is developed, produced and supplied by our technology.
Features
- Dyna HF-10 provides more productivity than other mold releases because
it provides sufficient cooling effect to metal mold.
- Dyna HF-10 is harmless to human body and improves work environments.
- Dyna HF-10 extends a lifetime of metal mold and improves an accuracy of
procudt.
- Worker can readily identify a coated condition of mold release by quick
and complete white film effect after coating.
Uses
- Standard diluting ratio is 10 times (500~700 strokes per 1 hour) but the
ratio can be increased to 50 times in accordance with production amount and
metal mold temperature and condition.
- Create a uniform film by spraying or brushing with the diluted fluid.
※ Test data by comparative analysis
