Concerning the Decompression Pot, you can promote it as 3-in-1 item.
(1) As a pressure cooker As the inner temperature and air pressure go up, the silicone valve starts to move up and down emitting the steam. But, it is still keeping the inner air pressure to some level, enabling the inner temperature goes up over 120°C. Time saving and minimizing the nutrients destruction. (2) As a stoneware(porcelain) pot After stopping the heating, it is still boiling for quite a long time. This is because the inner temperature over 100 °C is maintaining as the inner air pressure is keeping at a high level. So, even after turn off the gas stove, you can see the inside water is still boiling like the earthen pot.(earthen pot can keep the heat for a long time) That is why the decompression time is needed. (For example, to cook kitchen soup, heating 10 minutes then stop the heating, and decompressing 10 minutes is recommended) Energy saving and more tasty & juicy food Inside Ceramic coating help enrich the food's taste by emitting far-infrared radiation. (3) As a vacuum(air tight) container After cooking, and having the food, there is leftover in the pot. As the inside air pressure goes down, the sealing becomes more tight.
