Bag Filter
FALA ring type filter bag can be used as it is. I.e., it is not necessary to turn inside out in order to put the sewn part into bag inside. It is design and manufactured that the stitched area is to be inside of bag, so any defect by missing stitching string can be prevented. FALA ring type filter bag is bigger than outer diameter of ring. Much room in the bag will prevent its needle holes from being stretched, so that it is unlikely that particles will leak. With no tension on the bag, it will not break during filtering. The end gap due to turning inside out of the ring part is solved by special needlework and the bypassing of filtered liquid will not occur.
Prevention of Bypass of Filtered Liquid
Bypass of filtered liquid is prevented by solidly hot-joining plastic flange, guaranteeing 100% filtering.

Long life-span of depth filtration
FALA depth filter bag is a 3D needle felt that has a high porosity and a special thickness, enabling it to filter large quantity liquid, capture impurities with high efficiency and have a longer life span than normal felt bags do.
Also, outer surface has been specially heat-treated to minimize the separation of fiber.
Surface Filtering
FALA’s precision single layer media mono filament surface filtering material is a nylon monofilament hot joined in every crossing point to protect mesh pores. This material prevents fiber separation. A selection between the range from 15 to 800 micron is possible for all industrial purposes. Materials such as PE and PP are available limitedly.
