2.1.2 barrel and body
seamless steel tube welded barrel
Material of bushing is alloy nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen treatment in inner surface, the thickness of nitrided layer depth 0.40～0.70mm, nitrided layer hardness is more than HV950.
Spiral cooling channel is outside the bushing, the distance between cool water/hot water and rubber material is about 10mm and control the temperature of rubber material during required tepmerature well.
2.1.3 feeding device
The feeding device is new type lateral pressure and forced feeding.
The feeding roll is transmitted by gear.
The working surface of feeding roll is bidirectional spiral, two ends of feeding roll and feeding roll seat form threefold seal structure, avoid the rubber material leak into bearing.
The new type lateral pressure and forced feeding device don’t need shoveling device and the rubber material don’t leak out the barrel.
