Three roll mill

We can customize the three roll mills with different rolls (stainless steel, bearing steel, granite, ceramic, alloy chilled cast iron etc.) and different size of rolls (65,125,150,200,305,400mm etc.) . 

Use: three roll mill is used for grinding and dispersing the highly viscous liquid and paste such as paint, ink, pigment, plastic, cosmetic, soap, ceramic, rubber and so on.

1.  Three roll mill SH150
1.1 motor power: 3kw, proof-explosion motor; ABB inverter and big proof-explosion case; small Proof-explosion case, speed displayer, 3pcs button-start, stop and reverse.
1.2 diameter of roll: 150mm;length of roll:300mm, granite rolls.
There is a hollow channel of diameter 50mm in center of roll, the carbon steel rod (￠50mm) across the channel.
1.3 material of gear is 45# carbon steel.
1.4 material of tray and hopper is stainless steel 304.
1.5 RPM of roll: slow speed roll 0-34r/min，middle speed roll 0-79r/min，fast speed roll 0-183r/min; Speed ratio: 1: 2.3 : 5.4.
Roll RPM is adjustable.

2. Three roll mill SG65
1.1 motor power: 0.75kw, explosion-proof motor.
1.2 diameter/length of roll: 65mm / 125mm,stainless steel 316 rolls.
There is a hollow channel of diameter 12mm in center of roll for passing through the cooling water. The diameter of inlet and outlet of cooling water is 10mm.
1.3 material of gear is 45# carbon steel.
1.4 material of tray and hopper is stainless steel 304.
1.5 RPM of roll: slow speed roll-32r/min，middle speed roll-89r/min，fast speed roll-250r/min; speed ratio-1:2.7:7.8
1.6 the surface of whole machine is covered by the stainless steel 304 plate.

There is a hollow channel of diameter 50mm in center of roll for passing through the cooling water. The diameter of inlet and outlet of cooling water is 20mm.
1.3 material of gear is 45# carbon steel.
1.4 material of tray and hopper is stainless steel 304.
1.5 RPM of roll: slow speed roll-23r/min，middle speed roll-68r/min，fast speed roll-205r/min; speed ratio-1:3:9.
