In order to get excellent plated ware with melting zinc-galvanizing, we, first
of all, should treat the ware carefully before the galvanization. For which, we
should remove impurities completely on the surface of the material to make it
clean. We can not expect good results because an invisible film is created during
washing or drying after cleaning with hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid and an
oxide film is again created on the surface of the zinc bath. So, we can get good
plated ware only by using proper flux to remove oxide.
We think, therefore, it is very important to choose proper flux for its purpose.
The flux should play a role excluding oxygen so that the oxygen can not touch
the film where iron and zinc are sticked together. So far, various methods have
been suggested to remove impurities on the surface of the material, keeping
cleansing quality of the material just like foam of soap at the time of galvanization.
With development of such product, we removed inconvenience which had been caused
while using flux.
We have also been providing analysis of the Flux, managing the state of the
liquid as well as supplying the Flux on the basis of actual record of performance
and rich experience we have accumulated for a long time.
After that, we are devoting ourselves to the development of new Flux product
to meet complex and diversified demand by using long experience and technology

2. Characteristics of KB Fluid Flux
- It is easy to manage as its mol. ratio is stable.
- It is possible to cut down consumption amount of zinc as much as about 25%,
compared with sole use of ammonium chloride.
- When dipped in a zinc tub, it has good protective effect because the surface
to be galvanized increases in temperature and it is possible to decrease generation
of dross.
- It increases luster of the surface of the coating and prevents pinholes
from being generted.
- It gives the plating good adhesion and improves processing quality.
- It makes neutralized draining easy as it removes such harmful impurities
as heavy metals

5. Analysis and Management Service for KB Fluid Flux
- Flux liquid is always managed so that it could be in a good state, as a
result, defective products could be prevented and zinc consumption, dross
and generation of zinc ash could be decreased; that is, the quality of the
coating can be improved and the cost cut down.

metal to be plated after pre-treatment.
