Waste water volume is considered 80% of water usage and we shall calculate Waste Water Treatment Charge.
1. "EPE enterprises (whose products are mainly exported overseas) and Non-EPE enterprises (whose products are mainly for the Vietnamese market) shall both pay infrastructure maintenance fees and wastewater treatment fees in VND.
2. The USD prices for infrastructure maintenance fees and utility costs are reference prices only.
For EPE enterprises, electricity and water fees may also be paid in USD.
For USD payment, the VND price will be converted using the telegraphic transfer buying rate (TTB) published by Mitsubishi UFJ Bank Ho Chi Minh City branch.
3. The above rates are current and subject to future revision.
4. Annual Land Rent is the land fee paid yearly to Dong Nai Province. This fee will be collected from tenants and paid in bulk by our company. Please note that the amount is revised every 5 years, and if Dong Nai Province has not announced the new rates at the time the Annual Land Rent invoice is issued, the provisional calculation will be based on the previous rates. Any differences between the old and new rates will be adjusted once Dong Nai Province announces the new rates, and additional fees will be collected or refunded accordingly.
5. RED BOOK (Land Use Rights Certificate) registration will be handled by our company, with the costs borne by your company.
