DS Liquid’s aluminum flux is a metallurgical auxiliary material (additives) designed for the melting and refining of recycled aluminum and secondary aluminum.
Inclusions Remover is a flux designed to remove oxides and non-metallic inclusions from molten aluminum, improving melt cleanliness, increasing recovery ratio, and enhancing aluminum ingot surface quality.


DS Liquid’s Inclusions Remover is developed for secondary aluminum and non-ferrous metal melting processes to effectively eliminate oxides and non-metallic inclusions from molten metal.
Such inclusions are a major cause of surface defects, internal quality issues, and inconsistent mechanical properties in cast products—particularly in recycled aluminum operations where feed material conditions vary.
When added to the melt, Inclusions Remover promotes aggregation and separation of inclusions, allowing them to migrate toward dross and be removed from the molten metal.
This significantly improves melt cleanliness and overall product quality.
The flux reaction also utilizes generated heat to dry wet dross, facilitating dross separation and enabling recovery of coarse aluminum, thereby boosting yield and reducing cost loss.
By adjusting interfacial tension between melt and dross, the product enhances both inclusion removal efficiency and aluminum recovery.
Stable reactivity, anti-agglomeration properties, and easy handling ensure safe and reliable on-site operation.
