DS Liquid’s aluminum flux is a metallurgical auxiliary material (additives) designed for the melting and refining of recycled aluminum and secondary aluminum.
Exothermic flux is used in aluminum dross reprocessing to generate heat through an exothermic reaction, rapidly increasing internal dross temperature and promoting efficient melting, separation, and recovery of residual aluminum


DS Liquid’s Exothermic Agent is designed to maximize aluminum recovery efficiency during secondary aluminum dross reprocessing by providing rapid and controlled heat generation.
When applied to dross, the agent initiates a quick heat-up reaction, raising internal temperatures and promoting effective melting of residual metallic aluminum.
This enhanced thermal environment improves separation between aluminum metal and oxide components, resulting in higher metal recovery.
The product offers sustained thermal output, enabling stable processing conditions and minimizing unreacted or residual dross after treatment.
In addition, the formulation ensures stable reactivity, anti-agglomeration behavior, and easy handling, contributing to safe and efficient on-site operation.
