* Open the pouch and immerse the Ansen armorcast in fresh water for 4-6 seconds to activate. The entire contents must be used once the package is opened.
Option: You can also apply directly without first dipping in water. The curing time is longer if it is not dipped in water.
* Apply the Ansen armorcast around the damaged area, extending up to 50mm on either side of the cable to ensure complete coverage.
The armorcast tape must be applied quickly as curing starts once it is taken out of the water.
* While wrapping, pull each layer tightly and firmly using your hands to mold and squeeze the layers together in a tightening motion.
* Continue to smooth the surface until the Ansen armorcast has fully set. * Let it cure and dry.
