1/ Thermoforming is a manufacturing process where a plastic sheet is heated to a pliable forming temperature, formed to a specific shape in a mold, and trimmed to create a usable product. 
2/ Filler masterbatch (also known as calcium carbonate filler) is composed of three main ingredients including CaCO3 powder, virgin resins and specific additives

 Advantages of using filler masterbatch in thermoforming:
-Cost reduction: calcium carbonate filler partly replaces virgin resins as well as helping manufacturers lessen the dependence on fossil plastic
-Adding filler masterbatch in thermoforming,  end-products are equipped with better mechanical properties,greater performance and aesthetic appearance.
