    We are pleased to inform you that we are Seller's agent for reliable Supplier and Exporter for Copper Cathode with Fair Prices.
 
Following our Copper Cathode file with minimum contracted quantity, price ( Only Fixed Price, Seller is not dealing with LME) and Payment terms :

Payment Terms and 2% PB :

    
1. Payment      Term : Released at Destination Port

     1A) DLC/SBLC : Transferable issued or Confirmed from Prime Bank
     1B) Non-transferable DLC/SBLC Will be released at Destination Port

    
2. PB : 2% ONLY for TRANSFERABLE LC

 
PROCEDURE:
- Buyer sends signed ICPO to Seller so Buyer can sign and return.
    - Seller sends SPA to Buyer for reconciliation, amendment, inputs and signing.
    - Seller and Buyer exchange CIS
    - Buyer shows POF and Authority to Verify (ATV) or RWA to Seller
    - Seller shows POP physically and ownership documents upon Buyer's visit to the warehouse
    - Buyer's opens transferable DLC/SBLC to Seller's Nominated Fiduciary Account and receives 2% PB from same account
    - Seller starts shipment arrangements and notifies Buyer the date of departure
    - Products reach Buyer's destination port and after inspection and test, Buyer pays through TT Transfer/MT103 within 3 days of test and inspection and
  Seller hands over all necessary documents to buyer.
