The whole set of equipment has a capacity ranging from 50 tons to 600 tons per 24 hours. Fish Meal Production process2.1 Raw material goes into the Storage for temporarily stored, and then go into the raw Material Pit, which then to be transported by the screw conveyor going through the detection of Metal Detector, and then goes into the Cooker; 2.2 The Cooker uses steam as a heat source and indirectly heats the raw material. Heating temperature is up to 95ºC, not only the material can be effectively sterilized, but also can be fully and evenly cooked. Fully cooked materials can be easily dehydrated, skim treatment afterwards.2.3 The cooked material enters the Press through a screw conveyor, and the material is physically separated by the Press into a solid (presscake) and a liquid (stickwater, consisting of oil, water and a small amount of protein, etc.);2.4 Solid (presscake) by the Screw conveyor is transported to the Dryer for drying, the Dryer also uses steam on the presscake heating to evaporate excess water, and the dried powder goes to the Rolling sieve; 2.5 The Rolling sieve filters out some debris and some coarse bone slag after drying, and filters out the impurities and some of the bone slag to be treated separately. 2.6 The powder then goes to the Grinder for fine shredding, of which the outcome is particles evenly, and finally is sent to the Cooler for cooling, so that the fishmeal temperature reduced to near room temperature that is convenient to packaging; Before reaching the Cooler, the automatic additive system can added to the fishmeal some necessary ingredients.2.7 Fishmeal finished products can use an Auto packing machine to weigh and packaging, then storage for sale (packaging size can be adjusted according to customer needs).3. Fish oil production process3.1 The liquid (stickwater) produced in the 3rd step of the fishmeal production process, heated by the heating system, and then sent into the Tricanter by the pump, which separates the stickwater in to two parts: Fish oil and Protein water; 3.2 Fish oil is transported to oils tank. 3.3 Fish oil can then be stored or entered into the further refining system, or directly weighing, packaging storage for sale.4. Protein water concentration process4.1 The amount of solids in the Protein water is about 5%, the moisture is 95%. The protein water comes into the evaporator to concentrate as the machine evaporates a lot of water, and the remaining liquid contains 50% of solid, and 50% of moisture. In this way a huge energy and steam cost can be saved. (see Concentration process below). 4.2 After the concentration the liquid is transported to the Dryer (same as the fishmeal production process step 4), mixing with the presscake in the Dryer to dehydrate and finally to become the powder of fish meal. 5. Concentration Process5.1 All equipment in the production line is closed design, each equipment is reserved for exhaust gas outlet, and through negative pressure to drain the exhaust gas. 5.2 The design concept for evaporator equipment is to make full use of the exhaust gas discharged from other major production equipment as a heat source, evaporate the excess water from the protein water, condense the protein water into a high concentration of protein water that is easy to process, and dehydrate it by the dryer.This can not only save energy ((1) using exhaust gas as heating source, (2) reduce the energy consumption of the Dryer), but also can increase the efficiency of the Dryer;the use of Evaporator will greatly save energy, reduce costs and improve economic efficiency. 6. Exhaust Gas and Wastewater Treatment 6.1 Exhaust Gas Treatment 6.1.1 All equipment is closed design, each equipment is reserved for exhaust gas outlet, and through negative pressure to drain the exhaust gas;6.1.2 The exhaust gas first enters the dust filter through the negative pressure action, the dust filter adopts the cyclone dust reduction principle, acts on the pressure discharge exhaust gas to act as the buffer, at the same time collects the particulate matter doped in the exhaust gas to collect the dust; 6.1.3 Then the exhaust gas through the tubular condenser, condenser using hot steam condensation into water principle, the exhaust gas condensed into water, condensate directly discharged, or into the sewage treatment equipment;Optional: If environmental requirements, after the completion of the previous treatment, a small amount of non-condensing gas can be treated through the sprinkler tower, the final end of a small amount of exhaust gas through the fan into the incineration treatment, or the introduction of biological adsorption tank, the use of adsorption tank filler and bacteria adsorption, treatment efficiency of more than 98%, to achieve the standard emissions6.2 Wastewater Treatment (Note: Wastewater treatment systems are used only as technical explanations, and wastewater treatment equipment is not included in this proposal.) |
