3RP lobe filling pump is a multi-purpose two-way positive displacement pump manufactured by our company with advanced technology from Germany. The products' professional manufacturing technology and precision are close to similar products in Germany. It is suitable for conveying suspensions containing soft solid particles, corrosive media and suspensions. The temperature range of the conveying medium is -30~130℃, and the viscosity range is 30cst to 1.0×105cst. Stainless steel is used for the parts contact with medium. The rotational speed can be adjusted according to the physical properties of the conveying medium. The rotor lobe pump relies on two synchronously rotating rotors that generate suction (vacuum) at the inlet during the rotation. Thereby sucking in the material to be conveyed. Both rotors split the rotor chamber into different spaces. Then operate in the order of 1-2-3-4. The medium is delivered to the discharge port. In this cycle, the medium (material) is continuously transported out by the source.


Product Details:
It mainly consists of a rotor, shaft seal, gearbox, a pair of synchronous meshing active gear drive rotor conveying media. The shaft seal can be designed according to specific working conditions using a packing seal or mechanical seal. The pump adopts a high-strength cast iron gearbox, spiral gear and heavy-duty bearings to ensure the long-term operation of the pump.
1.  Safety valve provides various integrated springs and pneumatic safety valves to avoid pressure overload of pumps. We can select manually operated valves and pneumatic valves used for internal recirculation during site cleaning of CIP. The pneumatic valve can be remotely controlled.
2. Interfacevarious interface options are supplied to meet different processing requirements and regulations. The interface can be enlarged to improve delivery efficiency of sticky products in the pump. Pumps can be installed along the side to further improve flow and self-draining performance.
3. Jacket rotor housing and press cover can adopt jacket structure for heating and cooling where there is a need to control over process conditions.
