Crane wheels are for overhead crane, gantry crane, casting cranes, bin loading cranes, slab handling cranes, steel coil clamp cranes, magnet cranes, etc. in the metallurgical plant. Crane wheel forging materials: 60#, 65Mn, 42CrMo. 
 
Features of Crane Wheels:
1. Application scope: Sustaining the overhead crane or gantry crane


2. Weihua crane wheels adopt ZG430-640 cast steel, and thermal treatment on surface.


3. Surface hardness of our crane wheels is HB 300-350, and depth of quenching is more than 20mm.
