Product Description: HL series is a high-performance gap filling thermal conductive material with high tear resistance, high tensile strength, and large elongation. It is mainly used as a transfer medium between electronic devices and heat sinks or product casings. The SP series has good viscosity, flexibility, compressibility, and excellent thermal conductivity, which enables it to completely exhaust the air between electronic components and heat sinks during use, achieving sufficient contact and significantly improving heat dissipation effect.
