There are generally three cutters allocated in the Polish master machine—— Rough Cutter, Fine Cutter and Side Milling Tool. The rough cutter is used for rough machining copper surface of the cylinder, the fine cutter is used for fine machining and the side milling tool is for profile machining to the end of the cylinder. The common polish master machines are 13# and 21# and their difference is the revolution speed. 13# Polish master machine is low speed and 21# polish master machine is high speed.
