12Cr1MoV，Alloy structural steel.
Standard: GB/T3077-2015, which is a high-performance alloy material. It is a
steel type widely used in superheaters, headers and main steam ducts of
high-pressure, ultra-high-pressure and subcritical power station boilers. It
still has high thermal strength and oxidation resistance at 580℃, and has high lasting plasticity.
15CrMo steel is a heat-resistant steel with a
pearlite structure. It has high thermal strength (δb≥440MPa) and oxidation resistance at high
temperatures, and has a certain resistance to hydrogen corrosion. Since the
steel contains high content of Cr, C and other alloying elements, the steel has
an obvious hardening tendency and poor weld ability.
