[Characteristics]: Orange-yellow powder with a slight turmeric-specific aroma.
[Stability]: It is relatively stable to heat. It becomes lighter under light but does not affect the color tone. It turns reddish brown under alkaline conditions. Fe3+Cu2 plasma causes discoloration.
