JG-SFG Cast Iron
T-slotted Floor Plates
is made from high-strength grey cast iron GG20-GG30 (HT200-HT300). These plates offer flexible universal clamping possibilities for all types of work pieces. Each clamping plate is manufactured individually according to the customer's requirements and is therefore unique.
JG-SFG plates are specially configured to suit customer requirements. The dimensions of the floor plates can be individually adapted depending on the area of application. This way customers can be sure that the floor plates are perfectly tailored to their needs. The number and size of the T-slots can also be specially adapted to customers’ needs. This ensures optimum fixing of the workpieces.
Standard plates have a Brinell hardness of between 180–200 HB and a tensile strength of 260–300 N/mm². Surface machined to DIN876
and T-slots machined to DIN650
.
Standard T-slot sizes 18,20, 22, 28, 32 or 36 can be manufactured according to DIN 650, with fits ranging from H 7 to H 12. The popular distance between T-slots is 200 or 250 mm. T-slots with special dimensions are available upon request.
The number and shape of the ribs can be adjusted to suit the specified loading requirements. The size of the T-slots in the plates is determined by the customer’s requirements in strength, tensile and compression.
JG-SFG manufacture any T-slotted floor plates size, shape and T-slot combination to your specification, in cast iron. Nevertheless, standard floor plates are available in a large range of width and length combinations. Floor plates can be assembled to achieve larger plate areas.
