Plastic Washing Recycling Line
A plastic washing recycling line                is a series of machines used to wash, sort, and recycle plastic waste materials. The process typically involves the following steps:
 
Screw feeding conveyor : Convey the waste PET PP to the crusher
 
2. Crusher: Crush the waste PET PP.
 
3. Flotation rinsing unit: Separate the bottles caps and impurity from the crushed PET PP flakes.
 
4. Screw feeding conveyor: Convey the waste PET PP to the hot washer.
 
5. Hot washing tank ( 2pcs): wash the PET PP flakes.
 
6. Screw feeding conveyor(2pcs): Abstract the PET PP flakes from the hot washer.
 
7. High speed Scrubbing washing unit: remove the impurity and the rest dirty in the surface of the PET PP flakes.
 
8. Floating tank: Separate the caps and impurity from the PET PP flakes again.
 
9. Electric heating drying unit:dry the PET PP flakes.
 
10.      Pet pp washing recycling line (crush+ wash+ dry)
