What Is The Process Of Anodizing?

How Does Anodizing Happen?
The process described for anodic oxidation requires the following processes:

8. Dyeing: if the workpiece needs dyeing, aluminum anodizing service needs to be dyed in a separate dyeing tank. Generally, the dyeing process is completed in 10 minutes.
9. After the previous process is completed, anodisation of aluminium needs to go through the curing process. The whole chemical process of anodic oxidation is completed by curing in the curing tank for a certain time.
10. Blow dry: dry the liquid or impurities on the surface of the workpiece with an air gun.
11. Drying: put the whole workpiece into the drying oven and bake it at 80 ° to 120 ° for about 10 minutes.
12. Inspection and packaging. After the completion of anodizing, the back surface of the anode of the workpiece shall be inspected. If there is no problem, anodised steel shall be packaged and shipped. A workpiece with an air gun.
