Before installation the Padel Tennis Court , please prepare the following things:


 
1.      Prepare the reinforced concrete foundation in advance. The size of the foundation for 1 set of Padel Court is: 21 m long * 11 m wide (for reference only). At the same time, do the wire layout and power distribution cabinet.


2.      All the steel columns, accessories, and mesh have plasitc packaging. Do not open or destroy the plastic packaging at the beginning of installation. After the entire Paddle Tennis Court is installed, tear off the plastic packaging by hand (do not use a blade or sharp iron to tear the plastic packaging to prevent scratching the exterior paint of the pillars ). Why do like this way ? Because there are a lot of dust and stones in many installation sites, it is easy to cause the appearance of the column to become dirty or damaged. In order to fixing the parts, you can open the plastic package attached to the hole position, and keep the plastic package of the rest of the parts to protect the appearance.
    
3.      Because the artificial Grass you received is rolled up, so before installation, pls open the rolled Grass, lay it flat on the level ground for 3 days, and then spread the grass after 3 days, so that the Artificial Turf will be very flat and beautiful.     
 
Please follow the 12 steps, step by step to install the paddle tennis court . 
 
1. Release the rectangular field line, 90° line, fix a corner post "Label No. C1", then connect the glass lower crossbar "Label No. G-G/1", connect it with A1, and fix the second C1 .


2.      Connect the glass upper crossbar "G1-G2", and then install it with the two A1 pillars.


3.      Both sides can connect G4-G5 and lamp post "D1" at the same time, and fix the lamp post


4.      Install one side of the mesh W with the lamp post, and connect the other side with the L3 upright and fix the L3 upright. Note that W is intermediate


5.      Extending to the top of the entrance door is W, on both sides of the door is W, and also extends to the other two A1 pillars, and also installs the glass upper crossbars G1 and G2 and the glass lower crossbars G3 and G3.1. Notice! At this time, F3 is the firmware of W, and it needs to be installed.


6.      Fix all the W1 mesh above the glass on the glass upper crossbar G1-G2-G5. Note that F1 is the two mesh fixings above A1 to be installed.


7.      At this time, install the lamp on the top of D, and connect the four D2 and D1, and then connect the power line of the lamp.


8.      Stick the soft tape on the contact surface of G1-G2-G3-G4-G5 and the glass, and install the corner posts of F and A1, install the upper cross bar of F and G1-G2-G3-G4-G5, and install the F4 And the D1 lamp post is installed.
 
9.      Install the glass, prepare 6 suction cups, place the large hole of the B1 glass facing the façade, and the small hole facing the outside, put the bottom of the glass in the U-shaped groove under the              G         3-G4, and use M*30 countersunk head screws to connect the glass and the glass. F3 F4 fixed.

1. After the Steel frame is installed and fixed, put the glass inside the court first,


2. Put the glass up first, with the holes facing up.


3. The big hole on the glass faces the inside of the court, and the small hole faces the outside of the court.


4, then use six suction cups to fix the glass,


5. Manually lift the glass close to the steel frame with a suction cup, and the catch is slightly inclined from the inside of the court. "Before installing the glass, use a soft tape to attach the contact point between the glass and the frame."
    
6. Use the countersunk head screw M to fix the top of the glass "the fixing screw should be added with a white plastic bell mouth"


7, then fix the glass and column 304 stainless steel L pieces !


8, and then install them in sequence, with a gap of 5mm between glass and glass.
Notice! The installation of glass requires a professional glass installation person, or the guidance of someone who has experience in installing glass。


10.      Install the Grass: we will send you the install drawing.


11.      Put Quartz Sand on grass: Color: white, 80-100 mesh, 1 Court needs about 900 Kgs quartz sand, the quartz sand must be washed with water and then dried in the sun. Then spread it on the artificial turf.
    
12.       Fix the net posts , install the net, and tighten the net with the handle
