Pet bottle recycling line is a crushing, washing, drying line. PET flakes are mainly used for the fiber production PET strap, PET sheet, and other related PET products.     
 
Easy to use, high performance plastic recycling machine
PET Recycling Machinery's efficient, one-step plastics recycling machine is designed for the reprocessing of printed and non-printed PE polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE) and PP polypropylene flexible packaging materials. This knife integrated pelletizing system eliminates the need for pre-pelletized material, requiring less space and energy consumption, while producing high quality plastic pellets at high productivity.     
In addition to internal (post-industrial) film scrap, the system is capable of handling cleaned flakes, scrap and regrind (pre-crushed rigid plastic scrap from injection and extrusion). The machine is highly recommended for producers of packaging films for commercial bags, rubbish bags, agricultural films, food packaging, shrink and stretch films, as well as producers in the PP woven bags, container bags, tapes and yarns for the weaving industry. Other types of material such as PS sheets, PE and PS foam, PE mesh, EVA, PP mixed with PU are also suitable for this machine.

The widespread use of PET bottles in the beverage industry has resulted in a large number of waste bottles that need to be recycled for obsolete beverages. Waste PET bottles come from the daily consumption of bottled beverages, factory rejects, returns and expired PET bottle beverage products.     
 
And for all beverage producers, dealing with the massive waste of PET bottles is a big problem, as bottles have liquid residue in them and bottles waste storage and transport space.
