• Punching 2mm below the tip of the nose 18G
• Hold columella nasi with your left hand as shown in the picture and insert Nose cog 38mm needle.
    (Enter the needle tip horizontally about 2mm and push down so that it touches the ANS.)
• Hold the columella nasi with your left thumb and forefinger, rotate the needle slightly and pull it out (to prevent the thread you pushed in from rising)
• Two to four nosecogs are put in, and the surgical procedure is performed while considering the width of the person's columella nasi.
