2hp Solar Water Pump ATO-SWP-110V1500 has dry-run protection and over/under voltage protection are built in and a MPPT dc controller. The pump body is smaller, inlet diameter 3 inch/4 inch, outlet diameter 1.25 inch/2 inch., so it fits down a 3" or larger well pipe. Solar     submersible pump can pump water from a storage tank or a well. Total head of any pump is height between water surface down the well to the elevation where water is delivered to a non-pressurized tank. The maximum head of 1500 watt solar pump is 34m     ~ 203m (110 ~ 665ft). The maximum flow is 3.8m3/h ~ 19.0m3/h (1000 gph ~ 5000 gph).
