TERMS OF PAYMENT: Letter of credit (LC) MT 700 Irrevocable, Confirmed transferable 100% at sight
from top 50 prime banks with the full conditions of the commercial invoice. LC should be for the total
value of the quantity covering the first shipment of the first trial of 50.000 metric tons with full commercial
invoice (by buyer’s bank).
The Quality and quantity certifications will be made by SGS.
Payment by DLC at loading port as per shipment
quantity. 2% PB provided by seller.
