Zinc cut wire, Aluminium cut wire shot and Copper cut wire shot are made of zinc wire, aluminium wire and copper wire respectively, widely used for shot peening to give compressive residual stress in the surface layer of components for fatigue life enhancement and suppression of stress corrosion cracking and deburring and cleaning of zinc or aluminum die cast parts, without any damage to the parts, and creating much less dust than natural and artificial corundum abrasives. Zinc & Aluminium cut wire are of reusable and recyclable, have longer work life than natural and artificial corundum abrasives.
