Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt
Application This belt is suitable for transporting materials such as sintered ores, cokes, cement clinker, soda ash, chemical fertilizers etc. In general this belt is economical to adopt a heat
resistant belt if the temperature of the materials to be conveyed exceed 60℃(140℉).
When transporting materials of high temperature, the temperature of the belt surface rises by contact with materials, but on the return journey the heated surface
is cooled naturally by air so that the surface temperature becomes considerably cooler than that of the materials.
The temperature of the belt surface depends on the temperature, quantity, size and kinds of materials to be transported, belt width,
belt length, belt speed etc.
Therefore it is very important to consider the temperature of the belt surface as well as the temperature of the materials to be carried when selecting the belt.
