This machine is suitable for milling steel, alloy steel and other materials. 

Features: 
Feature 1: the horizontal and vertical feeding of the planer head is driven by feed screw nut with a servo motor instead of the old worm gear drive, which may result in failure of automatic feeding due to the heavy load on axial force. Our machine is equipped with manual and automatic horizontal and vertical feeding set, making it convenient for maintenance.
 
Feature 2: our product is equipped with the PLC system, making it a real operator-friendly machine. It is efficient, fast in order execution, quick response. Meanwhile, various kinds of edging jobs can be processed such as x type, v type, u type, and o type, etc.
 
Feature 3: The wearresistant materials is used on the rail. Its wear resistance has undergone thousands of tests. The rail has never showed the surface scuffing. The edge planing machine produced by our company has won certificate four patents of invention and six patents of utility model, at present, our edge planing machine has shared 80% Chinese market.
 
Feature 4: small brushes are installed right at both ends of moving mechanism for purpose of sweeping the chips falling from the work-piece so that the rail is protected from damage.
